    How it works

    Three steps.

    Step 1 · ten seconds

    Add TXM to your group.

One tap from this page opens Telegram’s group picker. Make TXM an admin so Telegram lets it read the conversation.

Step 2 · nothing to do

Keep talking the way you do.

Every 30 minutes TXM reads the new messages: who agreed to what, by when, what is blocked and what is done.

Step 3 · when you want

    Look, if you like.

Open the board inside Telegram, or type /mytasks. Replies tidy themselves away after 30 minutes.

    How TXM behaves

It never misses a single message.

A tracker that lives in your chat has to earn its place. These are the rules it follows, in every group.

    Silent unless asked

It never posts on its own. It answers /tasks, /mytasks, /captured and /board, and nothing else.

    Replies clean up

Every reply has a Delete button and removes itself after 30 minutes, so the chat stays yours.

    Members only

Only people in the group can see its tasks, on the board and in shared task cards.

    Your changes win

Close or reopen a task on the board and TXM keeps your decision. It never overrides a person.

    Every task has receipts

Each task links to the exact messages it came from, so you always know why it exists.

    Leave any time

Remove the bot from the group and it stops reading at once. Nothing to cancel, nothing to export first.

“We stopped asking ‘any update?’ in our own group. That was the whole point.”

TXM started inside a five-person software team in Addis Ababa that runs its work in a Telegram group, in English and Amharic typed in Latin letters, mixed. Nobody wanted another app, so the tracker had to come to the chat.

    Questions

    Fair questions.

Does it really read every message?

Yes. That is how it finds tasks without commands. Telegram shows it as “has access to messages”. It reads text, replies, quotes and screenshots, and it never posts on its own.

    Which languages does it understand?

More than 50, including Amharic in its own script or typed in Latin letters, and messages that mix languages in the same sentence.

What if it gets a task wrong?

Fix it on the board with a tap. Your changes always win over TXM’s, and every task shows the messages it came from, so you can see why it was created.

Why does it need to be an admin?

Telegram only lets bots read a whole group when they are admins. TXM uses that to read; it does not need any other rights.

    Who can see our tasks?

Only members of the group. The board checks membership on every request, and shared task cards only list tasks to members.

Does it know what we said before it joined?

It reads from the moment it joins. For early-access teams we can import a Telegram chat export, so the board starts full on day one.

    How often does it update?

Every 30 minutes, and only when there are new messages. Quiet nights and weekends cost nothing.

    What does it cost?

Most features are free. Paid plans will be priced per group, never per person.

    Your next message

Your team is already saying it. Let TXM keep track.
